I had a rest day Sunday but with kids and sports and animals, didnโt feel too restful๐๐ and a flooded basement. Actually, being busy got me thinking...food has always been an issue, too many bad habits (like late night eating or eating, well ANYTIME) so when I am busy, I am not mindlessly reaching for somethinโ somethinโ. Sooooo, next time I am hungry I made a must-do list of 5 things I must do beforehand (say, drink water...) and then check myself if it really is hunger. I signed up for a spinning class tomorrow. Itโs been awhile... terrified. I booked my seat in the way in the back. Will be moving up as I progress. Gotta be brave!! Greetings to all. Wishing all a great week. Today I completed workout 3 for week 2 which I really enjoyed and have managed to stick to clean eating which I'm really proud of myself for.
Well done for being brave with the spin class Elaine - I've also booked on to my first spin class tomorrow morning. A little terrified but mostly excited! :-) How did you find it?
