Hi Team- Checking in. Yesterday I had a killer headache all day and into the night so I skipped the team workout :( Lesson learned there is DRINK WATER! I realized outside of coffee, I had ZERO water and look what happened. Ugh. I know better but got so busy I didn't realize it. This morning though, I did the team workout and felt great. I followed it up with 2 other video workouts (which might be too much) and I did the body weight arms one and a BACK WITH BANDS. YOU HAVE TO TRY THE BACK WITH BANDS, LADIES. I was AWFUL at the pull apart move and it made me realize...... I never workout my back. CRAP. It's my favorite video workout so far.
Tomorrow, I plan on doing the team workout and then since it's Valentine's Day..... focusing on love. Maybe I'll start a thread about love.....

I tried that video today and I struggled with the pull aparts too. I could not pull them very far apart at all. It was the first video I did specifically with the bands though and liked it a lot more than I thought I would!
Practice makes perfect I promise you guys you’ll get better!
