I so appreciate this message, despite my lack of following directions! I have been on a great work out and rest combo : )
The food I’m still working to get a grasp on
I followed up week 2 with a good weekend of movement. Then took Monday as a rest day.
Tuesday I did the Squad workout & ran 1 mile
Today it was rise & grind- stretched, ran 2 miles & did a strength workout
Tomorrow & Friday I will be working out at home!
Next Monday I am 10 weeks to my 10k, so my plan is to a lot of running and running based training.
PS. I’m loving these workouts in 1 Month Mission.
