Hi, i need help! I’m going to start the 8 week to change and I see the workouts but am I suppose to be doing a cardio workout on the other days. If so, how long should the cardio workout be, 20 min, 45 mins.

I recommend that you do cardio ranging from 20 - 45 minutes. How often were you working out before you started with me?
Also, you're in luck because next week I'm launching a new program called Cardio Craze which will be GREAT for you! 8 Weeks To Change isn't running right now. You can definitely do the RESET program that's up right now for another week or two.
Well for many years I would be consistent with my cardio workouts for a few months and then fall off for a couple of months. Then I would start back up again and the cycle would continue, I got issues, I know. To specifically answer your question, 3 to 4 days 20 min cardio, my thinking ( brace yourself).....eat as healthy as I can, to do the least amount of exercise, crazy I know.
