My signature 30-minute athletic-inspired HIIT workout fuses dance, sport, and resistance training. If you’re ready to get stronger, be more confident, and look and feel like the superhero version of YOU, come workout with me and my squad!
We are kicking off June REBOOT next week so I want you to pop into this thread to introduce yourself if you're brand new to the Stone Squad, re-introduce yourself if you've been here awhile, and share your goals with each other. You can also leave any questions you have for me or your teammates and be on the lookout for your camp intro e-mail next Monday!
Hi, I’m Emily! I’m not new but did miss a few camps. Getting ready to start fresh on Monday and reboot this body! I have 3 little boys which makes it hard to find time and balance, but I’ve learned that if I want to be healthy for them and myself, I have to make fitness and food top priority. So I appreciate hearing what everyone’s eating because it helps give me ideas on what to fix for myself. That’s where I really struggle! Looking forward to getting back on track with everyone!

Hi Emily - Great to meet you! I'm right there with you re food inspiration, it's an area I constantly work on too...Happy to share what I'm eating to hopefully help :-) So excited for the next 2 weeks!
Hi squad! I'm Jo...I joined the VP in March this year and started with 1 month mission & then most recently completed 8wtc, which was life changing for me in so many ways. I've spent the last 2 weeks on an interesting journey (especially with food)...So I'm really excited to get re-focused for Reboot! Looking forward to getting back on track over the next 2 weeks!! Yay!

I'm looking forward to a reset! Haven't been doing a good job of eating healthy and working out consistently so I think this is the reset I need to get back into it. Excited for all of us to be doing this together!

Checking in for team workout 1 - loved it!! Found my coordination of the plyo move in 3rd round pretty hilarious, but I stuck with it and it was so much fun :-) How did everyone else do?

Completed! Yeah I was cracking up on that move too... feeling like a bit of a nerd but hey, whatever gets the job done! Made some vegetarian chili today (bc I need all of the vegis I can get). What is everyone else eating?

Hey everyone! I’m Maria! I started in the virtual platform in February with one month mission. I need to get back into a more consistent workout routine again and I’m ready to get back into it with Reboot!

Friday check-in!! Woo hoo..its the weekend! Just completed body parts arms / legs / cardio. Rest day for me tomorrow as have a family birthday party (Don't worry Coach, I won't be drinking ha ha!) and then I'll be doing Saturdays team workout on Sunday! Feeling great getting back into consistent work out routine :-)
I will fly on over to Jolly Old England and spank yo ass! I can't believe how fast this camp is going!!!

Checking in for today and yesterday! I did the team workout last night and cardio and core videos this morning. The team workouts are challenging but I feel great after.
Week 1 almost complete. Stick with it, Maria. Weekends are toughest so be smart!
