Excited to start a new challenge with this 8 weeks to change team!
1 Month Mission now this. What are you looking to accomplish in this camp Tania?
I'm going to fill out the self-reflection sheet out today with all of those details but I'd say the biggest thing I want to accomplish is to prove to myself that even though I will be moving states, starting a new job, live in corporate housing and have about 15 events, that I can stick to the plan - which is- clean eating, lots of water, workouts every day, no drinking, and focusing every day on being a kind thoughtful person. If I can make it through these 8 weeks with ALL that change, I'll be really proud.
You have set your sights high but if you put your mind to it I know you can do it!
Where you put your focus is the thing that will change your life. Please practice mental toughness this month. Your mind is a muscle too. The more you use it the wrong way, the more unhealthy it will get. If your normal, everyday internal voice is how you can’t do anything, life’s too hard, blah blah blah...guess what? That’s super self-defeating and will be the reality you live in. YUCK. Please practice working on your mind game this month as well as your bod. One without the other is not my version of healthy. Healthy Mind, Healthy Body, Healthy Life.
Also, I am always here for you and everyone. What I wrote to Tania was meant to be for all of you! Stick with me guys... lets make some big changes in the next 8 WEEKS!!!!
Hi! I just signed up and will be taking the pre-test tomorrow. I'm 48 yes old and would love to finish 2019 in the best shape of my life and ready to face the next 50 years with strength and flexibility. Any tips on avoiding injury while challenging myself? Thanks!
