Workout #3 done and I'm sore. The weather has been nice in LA so I've been doing long runs plus the workout videos. Holy moly. This one was challenging but I had fun doing it. How is everyone doing with food? I really want a giant glass of red wine but instead I shall eat a handfull of nuts, some detox water, take a shower and crash with my puppies.
