Hey Squad! I thought it might be fun to have a thread dedicated to things we are proud of on our Mission. Where we can tell each other our success stories and perhaps encourage each other with a pat on the back. This isn’t easy but so worth it, so let’s brag on ourselves a little as we go!
I’m proud to have eaten clean for two full days. This is a big deal for me!
Also... proud of myself for getting up ridiculously early today for some “me time”... the Fit Test. I also stayed committed to a spin class that I’ve been attending on Tuesday/Thursday nights. For the first time in my life, I worked out twice in one day! So... I’m tired and going to bed feeling accomplished.

Suzanne... I need you to be smart though. We are in week 1... Don't push yourself so hard you don't have anything left for week 3. Week 1 and 2 set the tone. Slow and steady wins the race. I'm all about making sure your results are sustainable. I don't want you to do 1 Month Mission and then fall back into unhealthy patterns, ok?

OK... I read this last night before finally going to sleep and decided to make today my rest day. You're right. My excitement was overruling my brain. And today my body is TIRED. So thank you for talking me down last night and resetting my reality. Slow and steady. Slow and steady. This is a marathon, not a sprint. XOXO
