Super excited for our two week Reboot! Just watched the Huddle on “Intensity”. Hit me right between the eyes! That is me. Pushing to the edge and pulling back. Time to fly over that edge.
My Klean LA food service starts back up again tomorrow (I forgot to order for today!?) but I made good food choices today. Looking forward to the squad workout tomorrow.

Hey Suzanne! Thanks for starting a new thread. My workouts have been great, my eating has been meh. This reboot is just what i need. I strive off a challenge and structure. I food prepped and ate like a boss yesterday, and have my week planned out. Ready to kick ass and take names!!!
Amazing, Gina! Today’s workout was fun! So glad that @anendick finally slapped her own booty while twirling so we could finally stop the fast feet exercise! (If you don’t know what I’m talking about, you’ll laugh at the end of today’s workout!) lol
Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhh LSF!!!! It's going great!! I tagged you recently on insta...if you didn't see it, i accomplished a goal i set for myself years ago...strict pull ups!! I can do 2 consecutively and have a goal to get to 10 before my next birthday. I'm so freaking pumped and motivated.
I DIDN'T SEE IT!!!!!!!!!! Sometimes if I don't look at my Instagram fast enough people's stuff gets pushed down to the bottom. Did you actually tag the photo or just use my handle? I see Suzanne's stuff because she tags me.

This is a BIG one for me. I always admired the girls in gymnastics when I was a kid that could hang from the bars forever. My upper body strength has never been great, and I never really thought that I'd actually be able to do pull ups. Proving my negative self-talk wrong feels like I overcame a big hurdle. So now, I move on to the goal of being able to do 10. Any training tips are appreciated!

Lacey, not gonna lie - could be doing better. One night my husband brought home pizza and I chomped down a slice without even thinking! I totally had to ask myself "what the hell? you didn't even think before you shoved it in your mouth!" Another night, I had to work late at the last minute and wasn't prepared food wise. I had to eat out. But I picked a salad with chicken and no dressing ... feel like I'm making better choice than before I started the program. Still room for improvement. One the plus side, I have set up a routine that I shop Saturday and meal prep on Sunday
Oh, woman... Yes, having pizza is not the best choice but you have the awareness now. And you have the support from me to get back at it. We all make mishaps and sometimes when you crave things it means you were lacking something in your diet.
Preparation is key and I love that you've turned Saturday into a shopping day. You think you can make it through the holidays?
