For those of us in the U.S., I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday!
Our monthly camp calendar will be going out this weekend -- keep your eyes peeled and I will also post here in this thread when it's ready to go. This week, start gearing up your cardio for REBOOT, kicking off next week. It's a 2-week camp where I'm going to rock you head to toe. If you really want to get the most out of this camp, I encourage you to call off the alcohol and rein in your eating—it's the season of too much and I want you all to go into and come out of it feeling your best and strong! As always, stay engaged with me here and on the Gram. I can't believe we're almost ready to kick 2020 to the curb once and for all!
