We have an intense Bodyweight Bootcamp kicking off next week to get your serotonin uptake in peak condition as we head into the holidays. Then join me on Thanksgiving Day for a special-edition workout. Right after Thanksgiving, we'll be going into December with a 2-week REBOOT camp.
