Next weekend I’m going on the jee trails all day and I want to still eat how I’m supposed to. Don’t ask what I used to eat out there! I’ll have access to a cooler to keep things cold. But I need to plan for breakfast, lunch and snack. Any suggestions? I was thinking make a wrap packed with veggies for lunch, nuts and an apple for snack. Maybe a ONE bar? That’s all I got so far. I need 2 days worth.
