I'm Alena, I just signed up and am looking forward to start training. I'm a new law student and i have a pretty demanding work schedule. This is the first time i'm trying one of these fitness membership things so if anyone has any tips for squeezing in a couple workouts each week that would be awesome!

Doing workouts virtually is so smart when you're a busy law student. I would suggest you do some body part workouts to start out.
Monday: Legs, Abs, Arms
Tuesday: Legs, Butt, Abs
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Dance, Dance, Dance
Friday: Legs, Arms, Butt
Saturday: Gear up for your first camp
Sunday: Do what you loved most over the week.

That actually sounds perfect as those are the areas I'm most focused on! I actually saw you on revenge body! At the time, I was trying to find a flexible program with a trainer whose style I really liked. I saw a couple episodes, checked out some youtube videos and figured why not!?
