Many of us wrapped up 1 Month Mission last week while some of us are still completing the 4-week challenge. On last week's Huddle I talked about the importance of protein for recovery and I want to make sure all of you have watched it through -- my friends over at Core Power make the highest quality protein shake on the market and I want you all to learn why this is necessary with the way I'm training you.
And next week we're going to take a look at protein BARS as several of you have reached out to me on Instagram about those too -- I know it's confusing out there and I'm here to help you take out the guesswork.

SO HAVE I, GINA, so have I! Haha. That's why I take this so seriously. So much of what's out there doesn't taste good and is full of unnatural ingredients that work against your body instead of for it. I'm so glad Core Power came along!
