My signature 30-minute athletic-inspired HIIT workout fuses dance, sport, and resistance training. If you’re ready to get stronger, be more confident, and look and feel like the superhero version of YOU, come workout with me and my squad!
I did it! Not the entire week one but day 1. I know it’s just a start but I’m trying to take it one workout at a time.
My son did it will me, he’s 11. He had a blast!!!

Day 1 is in the books! Great workout! Waking up tomorrow at 4:30 to get in a 4 mile run before it starts raining.
And Thanks Lacey for correcting yourself and telling kids to listen to their parents. My 9 yr old daughter (my workout buddy) and I had a good laugh.

So it’s Friday and today I woke up feeling pretty great! Haven’t worked out yet today (it’s not the baby’s nap time yet) but I can definitely feel a difference in my body already. The bloat is down! Yay! 🤗

I work out with my 3 yr old he says it's his friend Lacey - and he wants his own step. I have so much more energy already to keep up with him!

When I logged in yesterday (tried it twice) under reboot I had the first two workouts and a huddle. I And today it's there .... weird! I'll get it in tomorrow!

Finally finished Week 1! It was a good week & I took a step toward one of my goals...registered for a 10k in May!
Awesome! Let me know what weekend in May and I will see if I can find a race on the same day. That way we can train together!

@smrine ... could not find you on Map My Run (probably a user error) ... anyways, I could not find a 10K near me on the same day. But found one the following weekend that I registered to run. I also signed up to run a marathon relay (6 miles) in March!
This is awesome! We can always create a running thread on the the forum for anyone interested in training and doing LSF!!! and I have not heard of a marathon relay...thats a great idea!
