I've heard it is more likely that you'll mail your goals if you write them down and share them...so I thought i would kick that off for the squad!! I'm excited to hear your goals for the new year, and even more pumped to be working with all of you!!
Gina's 2019 goals:
1. Consistent exercise 6 days a week
2. Drop the last 15ish lbs
3. Accomplish my long term goal of 10 pull ups
4. Be kind to myself in the process
WOMAN!!! I love this... How about we check in every month about this? What do you think about that? I want to support you in reaching your goals very badly.
I love number 4... Without that, nothing else matters.
