Hi Lacey, thank you for the 10/29 mail. I have done all recommended workouts last week and I enjoyed it a lot. As for the cheat meal, I really don't have any cravings or a need to eat such food again, I also stopped drinking coffee because I don't like it's taste anymore. Anyway, I decided to celebrate other way and let's say an extra hour of playing tennis each Saturday is my 'cheat meal' and pleasure. When I'm on a tennis court, it feels like I'm at home. I'm beyond happy there, that's how much I love it, and of course I'm looking forward to Halloween workout 😃.

Woman... this is awesome. It feels like you've learned so many important lessons in just 1 month. Tennis is a GREAT reward for your efforts.
