Alright y'all -- Here is my fit test comparison
Squat taps: 36 to 40
Pushups (on knees): 31 - 39
Lateral Hops: 120 - 127
Shoulder Press: 28 (with 5lbs weights) - 25 (with 8lbs weights)
Shoulder Press: 28 (with 5lbs weights) - 22 (with 8lbs weights)
Plank: 2 mins to 2 mins --- dropped my knees as soon as Lacey said 2 mins. Think I could have done another 10 or 15 seconds if I was paying attention that she was adding more time.
Reverse Lunges: 24 to 27
Bicep Curls: 25 (5lbs weights) to 21(8lbs weights)
Dips (coffee table): 27 to 38!!
So proud of my improvement! I can also tell I am getting stronger during my runs. I have shaved about a minute off my 6 mile run ... so 10 seconds a mile - I will take it!!! In the past, towards the end of my run my arms get real tired and I stop pumping. This week I noticed I still had my arms engaged in the run and not hanging next to me like limp noodles!
