Here are my day 1 and final fit test results... side by side for dramatic effect:
Squat taps - 40 ........ 56
Push ups - 17 .......... 31 (both times on my knees)
Lateral Hops - 106 ... 144
Shoulder press 1 - 15 .... 23
Shoulder press 2 - 14 .... 19
Plank - 1:00 ..........1:10 ( I actually believe my original time was less. I guessed that I was around halfway on day 1 because I didn’t have a timer. 😬 )
Reverse Lunges - 22 ..... 29
Bicep curls - 25 ...... 32
dips - 25 ..... 39 ( super proud of the dips!)
I know I am physically stronger but also that I’m mentally stronger. I learned that I could push harder past discomfort in the last four weeks and I think it showed in most of my results. Super proud of myself.looking forward to finishing out the week strong and continuing on this journey. Excited about what is next. You can count me in! Xoxo

Alright y'all -- Here is my fit test comparison
Squat taps: 36 to 40
Pushups (on knees): 31 - 39
Lateral Hops: 120 - 127
Shoulder Press: 28 (with 5lbs weights) - 25 (with 8lbs weights)
Shoulder Press: 28 (with 5lbs weights) - 22 (with 8lbs weights)
Plank: 2 mins to 2 mins --- dropped my knees as soon as Lacey said 2 mins. Think I could have done another 10 or 15 seconds if I was paying attention that she was adding more time.
Reverse Lunges: 24 to 27
Bicep Curls: 25 (5lbs weights) to 21(8lbs weights)
Dips (coffee table): 27 to 38!!
So proud of my improvement! I can also tell I am getting stronger during my runs. I have shaved about a minute off my 6 mile run ... so 10 seconds a mile - I will take it!!! In the past, towards the end of my run my arms get real tired and I stop pumping. This week I noticed I still had my arms engaged in the run and not hanging next to me like limp noodles!
Can't wait to see what is next in the journey!

Alright, i started late by 2 weeks but did the test anyway! Happy with my improvements and even more excited to see my arms leaning out and showing some definition.
Squat taps 45/53 +8
Pushups 35/45 +10 and did 2 more from toes
Hops 110/147 +37
Plank 80/90 +10
Lunges 30/33 +3
Shoulder 1. 27/33 +5
Shoulder 2. Same
Biceps 27 with 10s/25 with 15s
Dips 40/47 +7

I’m sorry I’m late posting this but I did complete the program... just had a lot going on personally.
Squat taps- 40/50
Push ups- 25-31
Shoulder press- 21-29
Shoulder press- 26- 30
Plank- 1:20- 2:00
Reverse lunge- 27-33
Bicep curl- 33-39
Dips- 30-39
Did lose about 3-4 lbs but overall for the year since January 1st, I’ve lost about 20lbs or so.
Little improvements but for what’s going on my life I’ll take any improvements! Here for the marathon, not the sprint!
Sorry not 20... 15 give or take. I can’t do simple math.
