Hey Guys!
We’re headed into week 3, THE MOST IMPORTANT WEEK. You guys have put in a ton of work and are starting to see results. This tends to be the week people fall off because they want to go back into old patterns. Don’t do it! If you can make it through week 3 you will maintain the results you worked so hard for and you’ll start to build new healthier patterns.
Over the weekend I want you to reconnect with your goals. Why did you sign up for this camp? What has been getting in the way of your results? What are you going to do to make sure you’re going to stay on track through the end of this camp? Once you make it through week 3 we only have 1 week left of this camp. Stay true to your goals, you can do this!
