"I want to know how heavy you go with your dumbbells this week! Are some of you able to do a bench press with 20-lb. dumbbells?"
I was thinking we could all share our current lifting weights here! Here are mine (for 3 rounds of 12-15 reps):
Bench Press: 50lbs (25 each hand)
Rows: 15lbs each hand
Overhead Press: 12lbs each hand

I have been lifting weights for awhile and really love it. I started 1 Month Mission late so I'm behind on this program so also very interested in the dumbbell weights that people use. Was excited to use weights in the last boot camp 4!
3 Rounds 12-15 reps
Single Dumbbell Squat: 45lbs
Deadlift: 80lbs (40lb each hand)
Bench Press: 70lbs (35lbs each hand)
Single Arm Row: 40lbs
Overhead Shoulder Press: 50lbs (25 each hand)
You're right on time, Kathryn! Those are some mega numbers, I'm so impressed and proud of you! I'm rolling out dumbbell body-part moves soon too, I think they'll be right up your alley. :D
Yay! can't wait! These numbers are my max! Took a long time to get there and a couple of them are weights I just upped. I find it so soothing somehow. :-)

Hi, I saw it. I’ve only really used dumbbells- no more than 10 lbs. I know that’s probably crazy to think about but I haven’t had much experience working out before, outside of the beginning of 2018 and I did mostly body weight exercises. The weights I did use were 5 and 10 lbs- and even doing that gave me great change. So I’m really excited to see what’s in store for me this week!
Did week 2 Tuesday boot camp today! Got through it but struggled to finish on some. Only got 4 hours of sleep last night so I think that was my problem. Did notice I need heavier weights for the bench press. Just checking in!
Yep, 10 lbs. is enough challenging for me too, so i'm gonna stick to it for now :)
5 - 10lbs is not ok Emily. Think about how much your little baby weighs... You need to lift at least 15 on the bench (AT LEAST!) Holler if you hear me?! I'm pumped you've been crushing camp. YEAH WEEK 3!!!

Hey guys! I also have only used dumbbells in the past... and sparingly since I haven't worked out often in my life. The highest weight that I have is 12 pounds. I think I could do more in each hand for a bench press. But we will see after tomorrow's workout if I felt "challenged" enough. - Suzanne
I think starting out with 12 - 15 is good. By next camp, let's increase that intensity! OK?!
Pretty sure she posts Tuesday and Thursday workouts and a Saturday huddle. Other days are for the body weight videos that we choose from.
