Hi, Lavanya! Yes, the team is to complete our 2 squad workouts each week on non-consecutive days. I recommend doing them the days they are released (on Tuesdays and Thursdays), but whatever days work best for your schedule are totally fine!
On 3-4 non squad workout days, you are to pick 2-3 videos from the Curated Body-Part Specific Videos to complete -- your choice! I suggest choosing a cardio video + 1 body part you most want to work on. Make sure you take 1-2 rest days each week as well!
And on Saturdays, make sure to check out the Huddle video as well, okay?
