Lacey - on these is it okay to put your hands under your butt to support your back or is that not good? Sometimes I feel like i'm straining my back on those.
That's such a good question! Yes it's totally ok. Also you need to think about pushing your navel into the mat on all exercises. That's really the only way to work your core properly. Does that make sense?
