Lacey - what weight would you recommend for me for bicep curls and shoulder press for the fit test? I used 10 lbs but not sure that was right? Also, how high should the fitness bench be for me for bench squats if i'm 6'1"? I used a step up thing like you guys used in the fit test video so i can adjust it. I think it was too low this morning. Any recos?

I would recommend that you used medium strength bands, but if you need to use dumbbells for the biceps and shoulder's I'd say - 8-10lbs beginner, 12-15lbs intermediate, 20-30lbs advanced.
I'd say just use a bench from your gym that's great!! When you retest at the end of camp be absolutely positive you use the same bench. If you're thinking about investing in a step I'd say sit on it. If your knee is making a 90 degree angle it's perfect! If you're a little low put in another riser. Does that make sense? I use 4 or 5 when I lot of the times. That means you need 8-10 total risers. 4/5 on one side and 4/5 on the other.
